FAQ
Questions before
the title check.
Some common questions about property title examination.
Can you check any type of property?
The service is intended to cover a broad range of immovable properties. The actual scope depends on the property and records available.
Do I need every document before contacting you?
No. The initial enquiry can begin with whatever property details and documents are available.
Does a title report guarantee that there will never be a dispute?
No. A legal examination identifies issues in the documents and records examined; it cannot guarantee against every future or undisclosed claim.
Do you examine old properties?
Yes. Older properties can require deeper historical examination because their title chain may contain multiple transfers, inheritance, partition, old instruments or other issues.
Can you check a property before I purchase it?
That is a principal use case: undertaking due diligence before committing to a purchase, subject to the agreed scope.
